Welcome to the New Jersey Organization Development Learning Community. We are a passionate group of Organization Development (OD) professionals dedicated to improving and evolving our professional value to our organizations, our community and to each other through sharing of experiences, education, and solutions to today’s OD challenges.

Our membership includes:

• internal and external OD business leaders and practitioners,
• HR and training professionals,

NJOD Volunteers Welcome

The NJOD Learning Community is a volunteer-based organization with free membership.   Your help is needed to continue to offer our monthly meetings, Annual Sharing Day each spring and Annual Learning Day each fall.

By contributing your time and expertise to the NJOD you will help to support the professional and academic communities that provide the momentum to the continued growth of our field.  You will work on volunteer projects with your counter-part in business, industry, academia and nonprofit fields, building your network as well as your understanding of the evolving field of Organization Development.
